In a time of rising authoritarianism, growing wealth concentration, and increasing attacks on vulnerable communities, we need bigger, stronger movements rooted in ordinary people taking leadership. That’s why we’re building a distributed organizing team that develops supporters into leaders and leaders into organizers.
By combining large-scale mobilization with leadership development, our volunteers work in small, peer-led teams that bring new people into the movement, deepen engagement, and build lasting power.
